  • Note that Dr. Ngalame is not in-network with any BlueCross BlueShield health plan except Empire BlueCross BlueShield at this time.
  • You must reside in New York state to use Empire BlueCross BlueShield benefits through Dr. Ngalame

Out of Pocket Rates for Those Without Insurance

  1. Initial Visits: $300.00 (60 Minutes).
  2. Follow Up Visits: $150.00 (30 Mins).

How and in what states do you provide services?

Dr. Ngalame provides remote (telepsychiatry) services, over video. We use a HIPPA compliant video software, Zoom.  You will receive a link to join the meeting once your appointment has been confirmed.

You must reside in one of the following states to receive services from Dr. Ngalame:

Florida

Minnesota

Nevada

New York

Washington State

What age group do you treat?

Dr. Ngalame sees children beginning at age five(5), Teens, Adolescents, Adults & Geriatric patients.

What conditions do you treat?

We treat a wide variety of conditions, some include depression, anxiety and panic attacks, bipolar disorder, ADHD, sleep difficulties, Binge eating disorder, Trauma & PTSD, OCD. See services Services

Medication Refills

Please afford me at least 3 business days for prescription refills and requests for prior authorizations. If you are running low on your medications, make sure to send requests at least a week before you are out of medications.

Appointment Frequency

When we establish, you are seen two weeks after if we initiate medications, and while we adjust medications, monthly. visits are individualized to meet each client’s needs.

Cancellation

You can cancel your appointment with advance notice (24 hours) using your patient portal. Dr. Ngalame does not overbook. Your appointment time is reserved for you only. If you cannot make your appointment, plan to cancel by giving us 24 hours’ notice or you will be charged the full fee. These fees are not covered by your insurance. Occasionally, there are times when this is beyond your control due to an emergency, please reach out to us as soon as you can by sending us a message using your patient portal account. Failure to cancel will lead to the charge of the full fee ($150 0r $300) depending on the appointment type scheduled.

Emergency Situations

We want you to be safe at all times. Please if you are experiencing an emergency seek care by going to the nearest emergency room, or calling 911 first. Once stable, you can send us a message on your patient portal or make an appointment to be seen.
