Self-Pay Rates: Initial Evaluation: 60 Minutes  $350

Established Patients: 30 Minutes $175 (Medication management and add on psychotherapy) 

Computerized Neuropsychological Testing for ADHD/ADD (Adults and Children): $350

This is a computerized test, not covered by insurance. This test is Required for all patients who are being evaluated/treated for ADHD and want to establish services with our practice.

Computerized Neuropsychological Testing for ADHD/ADD/Objective testing/Structured Clinical Interview (Adults & Children  established with other mental health professionals or simply wanting to know if they have ADHD/ADD): $700 (All inclusive 2 visits including neuropsychological Testing/60 Minute session and 40 Minute session).

***Please note: You will undergo a comprehensive focused evaluation. The outcome will be reviewed with you and shared with your referring provider who may use the report to discuss  treatment options available to you. 

Letter Writing

Varies-See practice policies for fees related to the following  including but not limited to documentation for work, school, emotional support animals or any requested letters from the provider to any entity or person(s) on your behalf. Full payment is required prior to letter completion. Direct any questions to our staff.
