About Jessica Burton
Jessica Burton is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 18 years of mental health experience, including three years as a PMHNP. She provides compassionate, patient-centered care and uses a warm, approachable style that helps clients feel supported, heard, and empowered.
She has worked in diverse psychiatric settings, including residential programs, behavioral health units, emergency departments managing mental health crises, assisted living, inpatient and outpatient care, telehealth, and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization (PHP) programs. This breadth of experience includes supporting adolescents, adults, and older adults with a range of mental health needs.
Jessica treats depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, insomnia, borderline personality disorder (BPD), and dementia. She emphasizes individualized, evidence-based care and fosters a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can discuss concerns openly and work toward greater stability and wellness.
In sessions, Jessica takes a holistic, empathetic approach and recognizes that each client’s needs are unique. Treatment plans and recommendations are tailored to the individual and grounded in evidence-based practice. She encourages open communication and aligns care with each client’s goals.
Jessica provides remote services and is currently accepting new patients in Florida, Minnesota, New York, and Washington.
